A student will not be formally enrolled in a class until this form and registration fee have been remitted.

AUDIT OPTION: Please contact Mrs. Smelcer if you are interested in having a student audit a class for a lower price than listed in the class descriptions. The audit option allows a student to attend the instructional classes, but a parent will assume responsibility for all editing and grading.

Please remember to remit the $50 non-refundable registration fee to guarantee your child’s seat in the class.

Families enrolling more than one child need to remit only one registration fee.

Financial & Policy Agreement – I understand that attendance does not affect payment. Tuition for the year is required to be paid in its entirety even if a student drops the class before its completion. Only students who become too ill to attend class will be exempt from this policy. Additionally, I have read and agree to the list of policies provided to me. (You may request this list by email prior to registering.)
